We always love to shoot weddings at Hidden Acres in Marion, SC. Loryn’s mom and sister-in-law reached out to us just 6 weeks before their wedding in a bit of a panic needing a photographer and I am so glad that I just happen to be available for her wedding date!!
We all had been keeping an eye on the weather leading up to the wedding day. Loryn really had her heart set on an outdoor wedding. It had been raining off and on all morning and she waited all the way up to the time of the wedding to make her final decision of keeping it outdoors. It was a GREAT decision because not a single drop fell during the ceremony even though the radar showed green over top and around us. I’m so happy her dream of an outdoor wedding came true!!
Every single detail ran so smoothly throughout the whole day!! They were all such a great group of people to work with and I’m so glad that everything worked out perfectly for me to be their photographer!!
I would like to give a huge shout out to the florist. The flowers were absolutely stunning throughout the entire day. I have seen a few weddings that the flowers didn’t make it through the day and I wanted to say that I didn’t see a single petal or leaf that had wilted by the end of the night.
And let me talk a minute about the band. They were phenomenal!! You can see by the pictures that they were very involved with the crowd and the dance floor was over flowing with nothing but a GOOD TIME!!! There was not a single song played that I didn’t like!
